We aim to create a comfortable and stress-free environment by collaborating with visiting general practitioners and medical specialists to alleviate any suffering our residents may experience. Early identification and management of physical, emotional, or social symptoms are crucial in our approach to care.

Equally important is our commitment to offering peace of mind to the families, friends, and carers of our residents. We provide unwavering support and ensure that we listen to and respect their wishes. The aged care entry process

Arranging entry into residential aged care can feel overwhelming, but we are here to assist you with the application process and address any questions you may have as you navigate the aged care system.

Your loved one will need to undergo an aged care assessment, to ensure they receive a level of care and assistance tailored to their unique needs. The Australian Government’s My Aged Care service will refer you to the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), which will conduct the assessment and facilitate the necessary approvals for residential aged care entry. This service is provided free of charge by the Australian Government, ensuring that eligible older Australians can access the care and support they need without financial barriers.

For further information, you can contact My Aged Care at 1800 200 422.
