Who We Are
Highfields Manor, owned by Judith Don and Ross Humphreys of East Coast Care, is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents. We are dedicated to providing respectful, compassionate, and personalised care in a comfortable, home-like environment. Established to meet the growing demand for excellent aged care services, Highfields Manor features modern facilities and advanced technology in the beautiful coastal town of Port Macquarie.
Our journey began with developers Matt Hafford and Lillian Stokall in 2017, whose extensive experience in disability and residential care projects laid a strong foundation for the facility. Despite facing delays due to floods and the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Highfields Manor proudly opened its doors in July 2022. Since then, we have continued to address the increasing needs of retirees seeking higher quality living arrangements in the area.
Conveniently located near the local hospital, our residents benefit from easy access to beaches, shops, and essential medical services, providing a perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
Under the skilled leadership of Director of Nursing Yvonne Tilley, who joined in October 2022, our team has enhanced the quality of care we provide, setting new standards of excellence and continually enriching the lives of our residents. Following the transition of ownership to Judith and Ross in March 2024, Highfields Manor has quickly become one of the most respected facilities in Port Macquarie, offering a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our residents.
Our team
We want all of our residents, whether permanent or temporary, to enjoy a healthy, happy, safe and fulfilling experience at Highfields Manor. Our staff abide by the Aged Care Code of Conduct.
Our Registered Nurses are passionate about aged care and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Care staff employed at Highfields Manor all hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Aged Care.
