Who We Are

Welcome to Highfields Manor in the heart of Port Macquarie. Highfields Manor is a new residential aged care facility commencing operation on 1 July 2022 and was designed to provide a caring, tranquil environment for seniors requiring support in their later years.

Highfields Manor was acquired on 28 March 2024 by the Macquarie Challenge Investment Trust.  The 109 place facility is operated by Eaglecare Pty Ltd and retains its name Highfields Manor.  Executive Directors and Judith Don and Ross Humphreys provide operational oversight and mentoring as part of the ownership team for Highfields Manor.  Together, they share a passion for delivering exceptional care and prioritising resident wellbeing.

Highfields Manor is situated in the picturesque seaside city of Port Macquarie, located at the mouth of the Hastings River. Port Macquarie is surrounded by beautiful beaches and coastline and is renowned for its lifestyle facilities and its unique Koala habitat.

The facility is located adjacent to the Port Macquarie Base Hospital and opposite the University of NSW Medical Campus. Specialist medical services are also located in close proximity to Highfields Manor and include cardiolology, medical centres, thoracic and sleep specialists and medical imaging specialists.

Under the leadership of Director of Nursing Yvonne Tilley, who joined in October 2022, our team continues to raise the bar in aged care, fostering an environment of excellence and enrichment. Highfields Manor is quickly earning a reputation as one of Port Macquarie’s premier aged care facilities, offering a safe, supportive and beautiful home for every resident.
